Calculate Turn Ratio of Load Tap Changing Transformer.
The purpose of a tap changer is to regulate the output voltage of a transformer. It does this by altering the number of turns in one winding and thereby changing the turns ratio of the transformer

Vgen (float) – Generating station voltage
Vdis (float) – Distribution network voltage
Pload (float) – Transmission line load active power in Watt
Qload (float) – Transmission line load reactive power in VAR
R (float) – Resistance of transmission line
X (float) – Reactance of transmission line
